Standard thermal transfer coder series for printing onto many flat materials including flexible packaging and flat cartons. A choice of 53, 107 and 128mm wide models is available in continuous and intermittnet models and in right or left-hand configuration. All models will print text in any point size and font, barcodes, 2D codes and detailed graphics at 300dpi resolution.

Comprehensive range

A choice of 53, 107 and 128mm wide models is available in both intermittent and continuous versions. In addition right and left-hand models are available to allow installation on most packaging machines. Standard bracket kits are provided in a choice of web widths with easy cross-web position adjustment.

Interfaces

As standard, USB, Ethernet, serial and parallel interfaces are included. Stand-alone operation is available using a memory card and the control box keypad.

High-throughput printing

With a maximum ribbon length of 900m and a maximum print speed of 800mm/sec, Dynacode printers are well equipped for printing in high-volume environments. A ribbon-remaining indicator is provided so ribbon changes can be planned, and for very high volume applications, a spare ribbon cassette can be pre-loaded for changing in seconds.

Ribbon saving

All Valentin thermal transfer coders have ribbon saving as standard with typically 1mm utilisation between prints.

Software

Supplied with Labelstar Office LITE as standard for simple printing tasks. For more advanced requirements, Labelstar Office Basic, Labelstar Office Professional and the NiceLabel 2017 software range are also available.
